• Our team store sale runs until May 1, 2023.
• Orders are estimated to be ready for pick-up or shipping by May 12.
• Shipping Orders: You can opt to have your order shipped to your home (fees apply). Orders will be completed and you will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.
• Pick-Up Orders:  You can opt to pick up your order from the printer, Instant Imprints of Cranberry.  When you receive your order completion email, proceed to the address listed during normal business hours of 9-5 Monday through Friday.
• RETURNS/REFUNDS: All orders are made custom to order. Review fit guides, and when in doubt, size up. If you have a question about the fit of the garment, you can contact us, and we can supply you with additional measurements.  Due to the custom nature of these garments, we will not accept returns or issue refunds.  In the event there is a problem/defect with a specific item you have ordered, you can call or email the decorator with your order # and item #, and we will work with you on a resolution.

•  SUPPLY CHAIN SHORTAGES: Unfortunately, due to Nation Wide Supply Chain AND Staffing Shortages, some items may go in and out of stock with no warning. In the event an item you have ordered goes out of stock or is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible with a resolution. In some instances, we may substitute a similar item to fill your order, at no additional cost to you.
